Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, through Ember Inns and the Railway Hotel concept, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a service-focused team within a community pub setting. You will train staff, maintain cleanliness and safety, and model high standards while supporting guests in a warm, friendly environment.
