Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor at White Rose to help run daily operations, welcome guests, and guide the team to deliver warm, high-quality service. You’ll train staff, model excellence, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the site.

You’ll lead shifts, host guests, and be a supportive mentor to your team, contributing to a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere at our pub brand. This is an on-site role with opportunities for development within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service
• Ability to lead a team and train staff
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
