Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our Fluke venue in Inverness. You will greet guests, host the floor, and confidently lead your team to deliver great service.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training team members, and upholding cleanliness and safety. We offer a warm, community-focused environment with plenty of growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations, hosting and serving guests while leading the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for staff.
• Assist with training and maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
