Job summary

White Rose in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a small team and ensure smooth daily operations at the pub. You’ll act as host, supervise service during shifts and model great customer care.

You’ll train junior teammates, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and help deliver a warm, vibrant guest experience. The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, pension, holidays and ongoing learning within Mitchells & Butlers' pub family.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or bar/restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and train new staff.
• Strong guest service focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Part of day-to-day site operations, acting as host and leading the team.
• Serve guests and supervise shifts.
• Mentor junior colleagues and deliver on-the-job training.
