Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations at the Devon Doorway. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team, ensure great service, and train staff to uphold quality standards.

The role emphasizes hosting, supervising shifts, coaching colleagues, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service industry is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site as a host, serving guests and leading your team.
• Act as a shift leader and role model for training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
