Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Shift Supervisor at The White Rose for the Oaktree Pubs group. Lead a hospitality team, welcome guests, and ensure service excellence in a busy site within the local community.

The role focuses on training staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and delivering an exceptional guest experience across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership preferred.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Strong guest service orientation and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: act as a host, serve guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader and a role model for your teams, helping with training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the venue.
