Job summary

Harvester at Poachers Cottage is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team, ensuring smooth shift operations and a welcoming dining experience. You will be the host on shift, guiding staff and maintaining service quality.

You will model proactive leadership, assist with training, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards to keep guests returning. This role offers flexible shifts and staff discounts across our brands.
