Job summary

Poachers Cottage - Harvester, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team delivering great service. You will be responsible for hosting, serving guests, and guiding your team to maintain standards.

You’ll drive day-to-day operations, act as a shift leader, and train colleagues while upholding cleanliness and safety across the site. A supportive team environment and opportunities to grow are offered.
