Job summary

Harvester is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor at the Poachers Cottage to warmly welcome guests and lead a front-of-house team. You’ll deliver great service, train colleagues and ensure smooth daily operations.

You’ll enjoy flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, Wagestream access, a pension and holiday entitlement, plus team socials, all while helping create a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervision is preferred.
• Strong guest service and training skills.
