Job summary

Harvester - Larkswood is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a front-of-house team and drive excellent service. You’ll train staff, supervise day-to-day operations and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in a busy dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in shift supervision or team leadership in a hospitality or service-focused environment.
• Strong guest service skills and ability to train and develop team members.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Act as host and confidently lead your team during shifts.
• Be a shift leader and role model for your teams, supporting training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.
• Ensure guests have a warm welcome and smooth service.
