Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Barn Harvester. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team and help deliver great service with a focus on training and coaching.

You’ll manage a shift, model excellence, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety while supporting your team to consistently wow guests and make every visit memorable.
