Dog is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to help run the pub, warmly welcoming guests and leading a team to deliver great service. You’ll train staff, uphold standards, and work with the team to ensure a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Ability to lead a small team and supervise shifts.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Awareness of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day running of the site as host and lead your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for trainees.
• Help train team members and ensure consistent service quality.
