Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers operates The Dog & Gun pub and is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, welcome guests, and confidently lead the team in delivering great service.

You will train staff, maintain cleanliness and safety, and model high standards in a busy hospitality environment. If you enjoy a dynamic team setting, apply to join our friendly group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub/restaurant service is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to train and develop team members to deliver excellent guest service.
