Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Vintage Inns in the River Wyre region is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and ensure consistent service throughout shifts.

You’ll be part of a friendly, customer-focused pub group with opportunities to train colleagues, manage daily operations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety. Join a supportive team where guests feel truly welcome every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service focus with team management.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
