Job summary

Firecrest at Vintage Inns is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a frontline team and deliver warm, outstanding service across our pubs, ensuring guests return again and again. You’ll train staff, schedule and supervise shifts, model a can‑do attitude, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and guest care throughout the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pubs is preferred.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations as shift supervisor.
• Lead a team and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Ensure standards of service, cleaning and safety are maintained.
