Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is hiring a Shift Supervisor for the Old Gate Inn. You’ll host guests, lead a small team and drive service standards in a welcoming Vintage Inns setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub settings preferred.
• Ability to lead a small team and train colleagues.
• Strong customer focus with a passion for great service.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site and host guests.
• Lead and coach the shift team to deliver excellent service.
• Model and support training for team members and new staff.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.
