Job summary

Longbridge Mill, part of Mitchells & Butlers and Vintage Inns, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and champion great service.

You will host guests, coach colleagues, ensure clean and safe standards, and help run the site across shifts. Join us for a lively pub environment with training opportunities and rewards.

As Part Time Shift Supervisor atthe Longbridge Mill, you'll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you'll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
