Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for The Swallows Return, part of Vintage Inns. You will welcome guests, lead a team, and train staff to uphold great service and a cosy pub atmosphere. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences while mentoring team members.
