Job summary

Green Dragon is recruiting a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a friendly team, and uphold high service standards. You’ll train frontline staff, supervise shifts, and help maintain a clean, safe dining environment. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork and delivering a memorable experience at Mitchells & Butlers venues.

The successful candidate will foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive consistent service excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings.
• Ability to lead a team and train others.
• Strong customer service and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations, acting as host and serving guests while leading the team.
• Supervise shifts and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Model training and development for team members.
