Job summary

Talbot Inn in Milton Keynes is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, host the floor, and confidently lead your team during shifts. You’ll train staff and ensure smooth service across busy periods, while maintaining strong safety and cleanliness standards.

You’ll be supported by Mitchells & Butlers and its brands, with a focus on delivering great guest experiences and building a loyal team in a welcoming pub environment.

Qualifications

• Be confident hosting, serving guests and leading your team.
• Strong training and coaching skills.
