Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is looking for a Shift Supervisor at Preston to lead a guest‑facing team, ensure excellent service, and role‑model training and standards across the site. You’ll manage shifts, mentor colleagues, and uphold cleanliness and safety, while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests and building a welcoming atmosphere.

This exciting role fits a customer‑facing, people‑oriented person who can energize the team and maintain high service levels in a busy hospitality
