Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers, operator of Ember Inns, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor for Kings Fairway to welcome guests and lead a team delivering great service. You will train and mentor staff, manage shifts, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards within a welcoming pub environment.

The role focuses on supporting daily operations, hosting guests, and leading by example to ensure a memorable guest experience. Flexible shifts and pub team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or willingness to learn in a pub setting.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting guests and leading the team.
