Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Shift Supervisor for one of its Ember Inns venues in the East Midlands. You will help run the site, host guests, and confidently lead your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will develop colleagues through training, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for every guest while supporting a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Lead front-of-house operations and serve guests while guiding your team.
• Train and develop team members to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations during shifts, acting as host and supervising staff.
• Train and coach team members to improve service quality.
