Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting for a Shift Supervisor at Ember Inns in Orpington. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team, and train colleagues to deliver great service in a welcoming pub setting.

Join us to help maintain cleanliness and safety while hosting guests, leading shifts, and role modelling training. You’ll be part of a supportive pub group with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a guest-facing role.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Strong commitment to hospitality standards.
