Job description

Help us make a difference as a Production Supervisor at our Edmonton site.

A quick look at the role.

To support site management in the day to day management/supervision of the facility and its teams in achieving its targets and goals.

The Shifts are 2 days 2 nights, 4 off.

Your Core Responsibilities.

• Ensure Health & Safety standards, policies and procedures are observed, maintained and reviewed
• Ensure quality standards are observed and maintained
• Monitor and assist shift performance and disciplines
• Promote and manage change
• Maintain Health & Safety standards and performance on site
• Supervise the day to day running of the Material Recycling Facility
• Deputise in the absence of the Senior Production Supervisor
• Assist the team in the achievement of the site's KPI's

Requirements
Our essential requirements.

• Working knowledge of H&S, IOSH (Desirable)
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO accreditations and requirements
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc)
• Previous experience and knowledge gained in the waste sector (Desirable)
• Previous management/supervisor experience of working with large teams predominantly in Production/Manufacturing environments (Essential)
• A general understanding of engineering/mechanical principles (Desirable)
