• Management or supervisory experience in production/manufacturing environments is essential.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety and ISO standards is desirable.

Help us make a difference as a Production Supervisor at our Edmonton site.

A quick look at the role

To support site management in the day-to-day management and supervision of the facility and its teams in achieving targets and goals.

Shift Details

2 days and 2 nights (7-7 & 19-19), with 4 days off.

Your core responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety standards, policies, and procedures are observed, maintained, and reviewed.
• Maintain and observe quality standards.
• Monitor and assist shift performance and discipline.
• Promote and manage change.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards and performance on site.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Material Recycling Facility.
• Deputise for the Senior Production Supervisor in their absence.
• Assist the team in achieving the site's KPIs.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of H&S, IOSH (Desirable).
• Knowledge of ISO accreditation and requirements.
• Experience and knowledge in the waste sector (Desirable).
• Management or supervisory experience with large teams in production/manufacturing environments (Essential).
• Basic understanding of engineering/mechanical principles (Desirable).
