Champneys Buxton Crescent is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to oversee daily operations across all departments, enhancing guest experience and ensuring high standards are maintained.

You will be on the floor during peak times, coach colleagues, respond to guest concerns, and support revenue capture while upholding Champneys values and brand promises.

• Ensure all departments have received relevant information for shift ahead to maximise revenue capture.
• Support departments on the floor to maximise revenue capture and minimise opportunities lost.
• Be on the floor during peak times to coach and control service quality.
• Provide support to colleagues during peak resource utilisation to prevent overextension.
• Complete daily room audits to ensure cleanliness meets standards.
• Attend Daily Property Briefings and departmental briefings for smooth information flow.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience with MAD moments.
• Be the point of escalation for guest concerns and ensure satisfactory resolution before departure.
• Assist with Revinate guest feedback and respond to guest complaints when required.
• Maintain presentable guest-facing areas inside and out.
