Job summary

Champneys Buxton Crescent is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage supervisor to deliver consistent, high‑quality service across restaurant areas. You will lead a small team, brief daily menus with the senior team, ensure dietary sheets are provided and training is supported, while promoting wellness and the Champneys brand to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage environments is desirable.
• Ability to lead and coach a small team and maintain service standards.
• Good knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day running of the department and brief the day’s guests, bookings and food offerings.
• Maintain high standards of professional service in restaurant areas.
• Supervise tasks to ensure daily cleaning and presentation of dining spaces.
• Assist pre-service briefings and check daily menus with the senior chef on duty.
• Ensure dietary sheets are provided for guests with specific requirements.
• Support F&B Assistants with training and supervise services.
• Document all sales and forward room charge receipts to front of house.
• Ensure staff are informed on nutrition and dietary policies.
• Know and communicate guests’ dietary requirements to the team.
