Iceland Foods is seeking a committed Shift Manager to join our team in Scotland. You will support the management team to deliver consistent results and create the best place to shop and work.

You will be recruited as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour that you shift manage the store. Key duties include maximizing product availability, driving sales through promotions, and ensuring excellent customer service while following all store policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving store performance.
• Clear communication with colleagues to deliver tasks correctly first time.
• Ability to plan and coordinate shift coverage using all team members.
