Job summary

Greggs in Leven is seeking a part-time Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager is away and to inspire the team to provide outstanding customer service. You will engage staff, ensure they have what they need, and model the standards we expect across all channels.

You will prepare products, manage ovens, maintain stocked displays, and keep the shop clean and welcoming for customers shopping in-store, via Click+Collect or delivery.

Qualifications

• Reliable with natural leadership abilities.
• Experience in supervisory roles in customer-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop when the Manager is not available.
