Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to lead a store team in the UK, ensuring an exceptional customer experience whether customers visit in-store or order online. You will cover shifts when the manager is away, engage the team, and drive high standards across service, product prep, and shop presentation.

You will inspire and manage staff across duties, while upholding safety, cleanliness and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for exceptional customer service.

• Previous team supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop.
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare our products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked with plenty of choice for customers.
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable.
