Job summary

Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager in the Galston area of Scotland to lead a shop team and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll oversee operations during the Manager’s absence, motivate staff, and ensure the shop runs smoothly across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will be responsible for inspiring the team, serving customers promptly, preparing products, and maintaining stock and shop presentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop's high standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches, and manage the ovens.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide range of choices for customers.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
