Job summary

Greggs PLC in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Shift Manager to lead the shop in the manager's absence, motivate the team and ensure an excellent customer experience across in-store, delivery and online orders. You will oversee shift duties, prepare products, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

Responsibilities

Lead the shop when the Manager isn't around and look after the team.
Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards.
Serve customers quickly and warmly, in-store or online orders.
Prepare products, including sandwiches and oven management.
Keep displays stocked and the shop clean and presentable.
