Job summary

Greggs plc in Bicester is looking for a proactive Shift Manager to lead a busy store across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll supervise when the Store Manager isn’t present, motivate the team and ensure customers have a brilliant experience both in-store and online.

You will prepare products, including sandwiches and oven management, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment.

Qualifications

• Previously supervised a team in a customer-focused environment.
• Availability and shift coverage requirements clearly communicated during interviews.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead the team to deliver excellent store standards.
