Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance.
• Sets the pace of the team, when on shift, to deliver a great store.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profit by ensuring great availability for customers and driving sales.
• Sell a £1 & save a £1 to boost sales and engage customers.
• Deliver on actions set by the line manager and maintain store standards.
• Proactively support and work with Talking Shop Rep and engage the team.
• Foster an inclusive culture and up-skill colleagues through sharing knowledge.
• Complete actions from daily floor walks focusing on customer impact.
• Follow cash handling and security policies and implement One Best Way processes.
