Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rushden is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our warehouse operations on a rotating 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 pattern. Flexibility to work both shifts is essential as per the role.

You will drive productivity, safety, and teamwork to ensure smooth daily performance across the site. The role demands strong logistics knowledge, leadership, and a proactive approach to problem solving to meet targets and service levels.

Qualifications

• Any 5 days from 7 on a rotating shift pattern (consecutive days), alternating between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
