Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rushden is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our warehouse team on a rotating 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 pattern. The role requires proactive leadership to supervise daily operations, drive productivity, and uphold safety standards.

This 6-month FTC/Secondment offers opportunities to shape process improvements and team performance while working within a dynamic logistics environment.

Shift patterns:

• Any 5 days from 7 on a rotating shift pattern (consecutive days), alternating between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
• Flexibility is essential as candidates will be required to work both shift patterns.
