Job summary

The Lantokay, Street is seeking a Shift Manager to support The Lantokay pub operations. You will lead front-of-house and kitchen tasks, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service during shifts.

Salary is £29,013 with a 40-hour week, 28 days' holiday, pension, and a bonus scheme up to 25%. J D Wetherspoon offers training and career progression in a friendly, inclusive environment.

A shift manager supports the pub manager and, when running a shift, takes responsibility for the pub`s operation. This includes motivating, supporting and organising the team, responding to customers, delegating tasks and working in all areas of the business, including in the kitchen and behind the bar.

The Role

working a variety of shifts across the week (including front of house and in the kitchen)
delivering high standards in all areas: cleanliness, product quality, customer service, maintenance and atmosphere
