Job summary

The King’s Head in Monmouth is seeking a Shift Manager to support the pub manager and run shifts, ensuring smooth operation, strong customer service, and accurate cash handling during a 40-hour week.

You’ll lead and motivate the team across front of house and kitchen, maintain cleanliness and high standards, and participate in an award-winning training programme with a competitive pay and benefits package.
