Job summary

The Paddle Steamer in Largs is seeking a Shift Manager to support the pub manager and, on shifts, run the pub's operation. You will motivate, train and organise the team, deal with customers, delegate tasks and work across the bar and kitchen.

Salary is currently £29,013 with a 40-hour week, 28 days’ holiday, sick pay, a bonus scheme up to 25% of salary and various staff benefits. Wetherspoon offers ongoing training and future pub management opportunities.
