Job summary

The William Morris in Oxford is seeking a Shift Manager to support the pub manager and run shifts, ensuring smooth operations, customer care and adherence to standards. You will lead a team across front of house and kitchen, monitor cash handling, and maintain high cleanliness and service levels.
