The Sirhowy, Blackwood pub in Wales is seeking a Shift Manager to support the pub manager and, when on shift, take responsibility for the pub`s operation across front of house and the kitchen. You will lead, motivate and develop the team, ensuring standards and service quality at all times.

This role offers a 40-hour working week with a starting salary of £29,013, plus a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for training and progression within Wetherspoon.
