WR Engineering is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Engineer for a leading packaging manufacturer in a fast-paced production environment. The role focuses on fault finding, reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems to keep machinery running and downtime to a minimum.
You will work closely with production and engineering teams to improve reliability, maintain safety standards and support TPM/OEE initiatives, with a 3 nights on, 3 days off
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
Hours: 42 hours per week average
Shift Pattern: 3 nights on, 3 days off 12-hour shifts, 7 to 7
