Coppice PFF Packaging in Keighley is seeking a Shift Maintenance Engineer to keep extrusion and thermoforming equipment reliable and safe. You will perform planned maintenance, diagnose faults, and minimise downtime to support continuous production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will work 3 on, 3 off shifts with rotating days and nights and have opportunities to develop technical skills within a supportive engineering team.

As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our production operation, ensuring our extrusion and thermoforming equipment remains reliable, efficient and safe. From carrying out planned preventative maintenance to responding quickly to breakdowns, you'll use your electrical and mechanical expertise to minimise downtime and keep production on track. Working closely with colleagues across Engineering and Production, you'll also contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance performance, reliability and operational efficiency.
You’ll be a proactive Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills, who enjoys working as part of a team while taking ownership of technical challenges. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and performance.
