Wegmans is seeking entry-level leaders to coordinate and troubleshoot daily activities of our customer service team while participating in store management duties. You will lead and develop a team, ensuring tools and resources are available to succeed, in a fast-paced environment with varied daytime and nighttime hours.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving with store leadership, and participation in projects that strengthen company culture and operations.

Formación

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting.
• Proven ability to multi-task and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours, acting as key leader and liaison among teams and departments.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure checkout operations run efficiently and manage customer traffic.
• Lead and develop a team of Customer Service employees, providing resources, training, and feedback.
