TGJones is seeking a Store Leader to own store performance and create a welcoming shopping experience. You will lead by example on the shop floor, guiding a team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales goals.

You'll balance customer experience with high standards in stock, displays and operations, while coaching colleagues for ongoing development and working closely with the Cluster Manager to reach store targets.

Qualificações

• Retail leadership experience including team management and performance awareness.
• Hands-on leadership style with visible floor presence and mentorship.
• Focus on customers and delivering measurable results like ATV and TPC.
• Strong communication skills across levels and functions.
• Passion for coaching and developing colleagues' skills and confidence.
• Proactive, organized, and able to prioritise in a busy store.
• Collaborative, willing to support other stores in the area.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of store performance and deliver great service daily.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and motivate the team.
• Drive sales and KPIs, and translate plans into actions.
• Maintain high standards of stock, displays and store presentation.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure safety and compliance.
• Coach colleagues and support individual development.
• Work with Cluster Manager and colleagues to hit goals.
