Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse Limited, a Dorset-based family brewer, is recruiting a Shift Leader for the Monmouth Ash in Verwood. The role offers £13.70 per hour, a share of tips, a bonus scheme and 60% off meals. Clear progression to General Manager is available within a supportive, sustainable workplace.

You will lead daily shifts, oversee opening/closing, safety and guest experiences while mentoring the team and maintaining standards in a busy food-led pub environment.

Qualifications

• Shift leader or assistant manager experience preferred
• Ability to oversee opening and closing procedures
• Confident handling safety and security procedures
• Well-presented, detail-focused and professional
