Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse is recruiting a Shift Leader for the Monmouth Ash in Verwood. The role offers a base pay of £13.70 per hour plus a share of tips, a bonus scheme and strong career progression toward General Manager within Hall & Woodhouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory role in a busy food-led environment.
• Ability to oversee opening/closing, safety and security procedures.
• Excellent guest service and team coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing of the pub, ensuring procedures are followed.
• Support and coach the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain safety and security standards and assist the GM as required.
• Balance workloads and manage multiple tasks to ensure smooth operations.
