Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse in Verwood is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to join our friendly village pub, delivering warm guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

You’ll earn £13.70 per hour plus a share of tips, 60% meal discount on duty, and a clear career pathway to General Manager at Hall & Woodhouse. As part of a Sunday Times Best Places to Work family, you’ll enjoy a supportive team and real opportunities to develop.

Qualifications

• Experience as a shift leader or supervisor in a busy food-led environment.
