Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse’s Smugglers Inn, near Weymouth, is recruiting a Shift Leader to join its leadership team. You will oversee opening/closing, ensure safety and guest satisfaction, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.

• Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures
• Well‑presented, detail‑focused and professional
• Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team
• Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute
• A natural host who loves creating day making moments
